RETURNS (unwanted product)

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days. The goods must be in working condition, undamaged and include all parts and accessories that came with the product. If a product is returned in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund for the goods. Goods returned in unsellable condition are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

All items being returned are your responsibility until they reach our facilities. Please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the products, as any damage caused in transit will be your responsibility. Please also include your name, address, email, contact number and order number when returning your item. Return shipping costs (the cost that you incur to send the item back to us) for unwanted goods must be paid for by you, the customer. The costs of Shipping and Handling for Unwanted items are non-refundable (the original costs charged by us to you, to cover the costs of us sending the item to you).

WARRANTY (defective products)

ALLO.COM will replace any faulty item within a 12 month period from the customer's receipt of the goods.

ALLO.COM does not warrant against failure or damage due to misuse such as but not limited to incorrect installation, poor maintenance, abuse or neglect, using the product for something other than its intended purpose and alteration of the product.

Technical support for faulty products is offered via our product engineers on the ALLO.COM forum. We ask that all customers attempt to troubleshoot their issue with our engineers prior to lodging a request for a return or replacement of a product they believe faulty. If our engineers are unable to solve you issue or deem the unit faulty, then issue an RMA request and send the product back for testing. It can take up to 14 working days for us to receive your return, depending on which country you live and postal service you use. Once we receive your goods, we will test them within 48 hours. Following our assessment, we will contact you and, if found faulty, we will be happy to either send a replacement unit and refund the shipping cost you paid for the return. Products returned that are tested and found to be without fault will be dealt with as per the section "RETURNS (unwanted product)". We DO NOT cover the return shipping costs of returned goods that are found to be without fault.

ALLO.COM will cover the shipping costs for faulty units if you use the service indicated by us. This is why it is important to communicate with one of our customer support agents before you ship anything; they will indicate the best service to use.

SHIPPING (damaged products)

We make certain that all our products are shipped in adequate packing to ensure they are protected. If you receive a package which you believe is damaged, please refuse the package at point of delivery and notify us within 2 working days via our contact form. If possible please write 'DAMAGED' on the documentation and please take picture of both the packaging to support your claim. We will strive to replace or refund returned packages notified as being damaged within a 7 day period.

If you receive goods which are damaged e.g. there is no external damage to the package, but an item or items inside are damaged, you must notify us within 5 working days of delivery. To notify us of a damaged item please contact us via our contact form. We reserve the right to refuse claims for damaged parts if we are notified outside the 5 working day time period. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

SHIPPING (delays)

We strive to ship all our orders within 1-2 business days, thus, ALLO.COM wont be held responsible for any extraordinary delays incurred by the shipper.

CANCELLATIONS (prior to shipping)

We will issue a full refund.

CANCELLATIONS (post shipping)

Initial shipping fee is not refundable. Cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer (in some cases, we can direct the customer to return the canceled order to a local distributor). Refund can be issued 48 hours after receipt of the item; depending on your financial institution. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for the funds to reflect in your account.
