Below are our Terms and Conditions, as well as our policies.
Shipping and Handling Policy
Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for any hardware purchased or rented through Allo.com. Make sure you enter correct shipping address; otherwise, customers will be charged for $10.00 in order to redirect the package to the correct shipping location. We advise customers to put an address where they can be reached in business hours. A Signature is required upon delivery. You agreed to be responsible to receive your own equipment and make all the arrangements necessary for that. In case, your package failed delivery and it is returned to us. You will be charged for restocking fees and you will have to pay extra shipping fees in order for you to receive the Equipment.
Returns
Allo.com offers a 30-day, no restocking fee return policy for the Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) and MicroPBX. You need to ensure unit is sent with all accessories and in good physical condition (no scratches). Prior to returning, you must fill out an RMA form to receive an RMA Number, which is required along with the return. Allo.com will not accept any return without an RMA Number.
9.1 "Rent to Own" Hardware and Returns: Customers can lease our Equipment with the option to own it after 18th months. Clients will have to pay a certain amount of money every month; for pricing please visit our website. If customers cancel Allo.com Services before 18 months, they must return their Equipment within 30 days from the moment that the account has been cancelled. If within 30 days Allo.com does not receive the Equipment, a full amount will be charged to the client’s credit card. At the moment of returning any Equipment, Allo.com will not handle shipping fees. Customers will be responsible for this. If any Equipment returned is damaged or the return is incomplete; the customer will be fully responsible for the following:

For "Renting to Own" our MicroPBX, Allo.com requires an upfront deposit of $100; the difference will be financed up to 18 months. If the customer cancels his/her account before 18 months, Allo.com will give back this deposit as soon as the MicroPBX is received. In the case that anything from the above components are missing or damaged, we will subtract the difference from the deposit given to Allo.com.
Defective Equipment: If the equipment is defective, customers will have to contact a Customer Service Representative and they will create an RMA Number. Allo.com will be responsible for shipping fees, we will ship a new unit right away and customers will have 30 days to return the product. If within 30 days Allo.com does not receive the defective product, the full amount of the new Equipment will be charged to the client’s credit card. If any equipment is returned incomplete customers will be fully responsible for the charges above in “Rent to Own” Hardware and returns.
Alternative Interface Equipments: Customers can bring their own Analog Telephone Adapter that is SIP-compliant. If clients bring their own device, some of the features that Allo.com has will not work. Allo.com has different Points of Present Worldwide, and our ATA will be able to connect the call to the closest POP. Please note that if you bring your own device, there will be limited access to the best proxy. Furthermore, AlloFAX will not work with an alternative device.
Warranty: Allo.com will provide a limited warranty on the Equipment as to manufacturing defects only for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This retail customer limited warranty does not apply to any defect or failure other than a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Customers who cancel their Service within the first three days, or seven days, as applicable, following acceptance of this Agreement will be refunded all charges incurred with respect to their account.
Non-Waiver
Failure by Allo.com to insist upon strict performance of any terms or conditions of this Agreement or failure or delay to exercise any rights or remedies provided herein or by law shall not release you from any of the warranties of obligations of this Agreement, and shall not be deemed a waiver of any right of Allo.com to insist upon strict performance hereof or any of its rights and remedies.
Changes to this Agreement
Allo.com may change this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted at the Terms of Service section of the Allo.com website, currently located at www.Allo.com. Notice will be considered received by you and any such changes will become binding and effective on the date the changes are posted to the Allo.com website, except in the case of changes to the prices or charges, when we will comply with our notice commitments described above. IF YOU CONTINUE TO BE ENROLLED IN, USE, OR PAY FOR THE SERVICE AFTER ANY CHANGES IN THE PRICES, CHARGES, TERMS, OR CONDITIONS, YOU AGREE TO THE CHANGES. The Agreement as posted supersedes all previously agreed to electronic and written terms of service.
Where required by law, customers who cancel their service within the first three days, or seven days, as applicable, following acceptance of this Agreement will be refunded all charges incurred with respect to their account.
